My first career was in education and I really loved working with students. But, what I found most fulfilling was the support I provided to them and their families. I realized the change I wanted to make in the world had shifted from institutional to individual.

And so, as I often say, I dared to dream another dream. I earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology nearly a decade later. I have experience working with clients of all ages with anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other emotional, behavioral and parental challenges within agency and school-based settings.

As the owner of From Within Therapy, I work with individuals who want to understand and better manage their anxiety, and stress in order to regain fulfillment and calm in their lives.
